Refunds and Withdrawal
Last updated: 13 September 2026
This is the version of the policy in force, not a draft. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. If you think something here is wrong, unclear or out of date, write to [email protected] and we will look at it.
If you are not happy with a new subscription, tell us within 14 days of the first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to the first payment of a new subscription, monthly or yearly, on Basic or Pro. Renewals are not refunded unless the law says otherwise: cancel before the renewal date instead.
Paddle sells our paid plans as merchant of record, so Paddle issues the refund. We cannot pay it directly, and the money goes back through Paddle to the payment method you paid with. Ask either way: write to [email protected] and we pass it to Paddle, or go straight to Paddle at https://paddle.net and choose Request refund.
Alongside that promise, if you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the law gives you 14 days from purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. You do not have to use the form below: an email that says clearly that you withdraw is enough, and it counts from the day you send it, not the day we read it.
The Terms of Service explain the refund policy and when the statutory right to withdraw applies. The Privacy Policy explains what we do with what you send us.
How to send it
For a refund, an email to [email protected], or a request at https://paddle.net, is all it takes. Say which plan you bought and the email you used at checkout, so Paddle can find the order.
For a statutory withdrawal, copy the lines below into an email to [email protected]. Fill in every line.
Send it within 14 days of your purchase. We confirm that we received it, without delay.
The form
To the operator of onemore.chat, Türkiye, [email protected]:
I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the supply of the following service:
- Service: the onemore.chat subscription, naming the plan and the billing cycle, for example Pro, monthly.
- Ordered on: the date of the purchase.
- Name of consumer or consumers:
- Address of consumer or consumers:
- Signature of consumer or consumers: not needed by email.
- Date:
What happens next
We acknowledge your withdrawal by email and pass it to Paddle, the merchant of record, which issues the refund. You can also send your withdrawal straight to Paddle at https://paddle.net. Any refund goes back through Paddle to the payment method you paid with, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal and in practice usually within 3 to 5 working days for cards.
One limit on the statutory right, which does not touch our own promise: by using the unlocked features straight away you ask us to begin supplying the service during the 14 days, and the statutory right to withdraw is lost once the service has been fully supplied. If it was only partly supplied, you may owe a proportionate amount for the part you used. The 14-day money-back promise on the first payment of a new subscription applies regardless of any of that: ask within 14 days and the first payment is refunded in full.
